As we look back on our calendars over the years that we were actively pursuing medical/alternative/etc treatments and avenues to enhance our fertility options – we’re amazed by how many appointments we had. Sometimes multiple appointments in one day, rarely a week without. How many practitioners who gave us 6 month estimates to success. We’ve pretty much stopped all of that. What I just realized it that we didn’t stop it, we traded it for therapy appointments to help us re-orient our lives from being so pregnancy focussed to ‘what the frig are we going to do with the rest of our lives now that we don’t have this pursuit to distract us’.
