Life in Israel

I’m going to put posts here that are related to the bizarre life we are leading here in Israel.  We came here thinking it would be an amazing place to live – it is.  Amazing and crazy.  It’s not the scary stuff of headlines, although there is that also.  It’s the way that people here seem to want to find the absolutely hardest way possible to do things.  Coming from a different culture and having travelled around the world, I know that there are lots of ways to do things – and that there are a lot easier ways to do things than most things here end up getting done.  As Joe and I often say to each other:  maybe we should have read the fine print….
